Once production is complete, most orders are shipped using 2-day expedited shipping anywhere within the United States.
All Orders Placed in Canada
Once production is complete, most orders arrive within approximately 7 business days.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.
Could my order arrive in more than one package?
Yes. If your order includes multiple items, they may occasionally be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.
Ordering for a special occasion?
We recommend ordering as early as possible for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other important dates, especially for orders shipping to Canada.

No. The design is professionally printed rather than applied as a removable vinyl layer.
Can the front and back have different designs?
Yes. Designs created for double-sided printing can feature coordinating but different artwork on each side.
Can the tote be personalized?
Yes. Depending on the design, personalization may include names, family names, titles, or other meaningful wording.
Will the lettering feel raised?
No. The personalization is incorporated into the printed artwork.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a problem caused by us, please contact us. We will review the issue and make it right with a replacement, correction, or other appropriate solution.
Because personalized items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded for changes of mind, ordering the wrong size or option, or personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout.
If you notice that you submitted incorrect personalization or selected the wrong option, please reach out to us. While we cannot replace personalized items at no charge when the original order was produced correctly, we’re happy to offer a discounted reprint or replacement rate to help make correcting the order more affordable.
