Once production is complete, most orders are shipped using 2-day expedited shipping anywhere within the United States.

Once production is complete, most orders arrive within approximately 7 business days.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.
Could my order arrive in more than one package?
Yes. If your order includes multiple items, they may occasionally be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.
Ordering for a special occasion?
We recommend ordering as early as possible for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other important dates, especially for orders shipping to Canada.

No. Our ornaments are made from durable acrylic, making them lightweight and much less fragile than traditional glass ornaments.
Will it weigh down my Christmas tree branches?
No. Acrylic is lightweight, so the ornament hangs comfortably on most Christmas tree branches without excessive weight.
Is the personalization a sticker or vinyl?
No. Names, dates, photos, and other personalized elements are incorporated into the professionally printed design. There are no removable vinyl letters or stickers to peel away.
Does the ornament come ready to give?
Yes. Every ornament includes a gift box, making it easy to give while also providing a convenient way to protect and store the ornament between holiday seasons.
Will my personalization be permanently part of the design?
Yes. Your personalization becomes part of the finished printed artwork rather than being temporarily attached afterward.
Can I send it directly to the recipient?
Yes. You can use the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout, and the included gift box makes it especially convenient for direct gifting.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a problem caused by us, please contact us. We will review the issue and make it right with a replacement, correction, or other appropriate solution.
Because personalized items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded for changes of mind, ordering the wrong size or option, or personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout.
If you notice that you submitted incorrect personalization or selected the wrong option, please reach out to us. While we cannot replace personalized items at no charge when the original order was produced correctly, we’re happy to offer a discounted reprint or replacement rate to help make correcting the order more affordable.
