Our gifts are made to order. Most orders are ready to ship within 2–5 business days, unless the product page gives a different timeframe. Production times may vary depending on the product and order volume.

Orders Shipping to the United States

Once production is complete, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after your package is handed to the carrier.

Shipping time is additional to production time. Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout.

Orders Shipping to Canada

Once production is complete, standard shipping to Canada typically takes approximately 7 business days after your package is handed to the carrier.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Orders Shipping to the United Kingdom

Where available, standard UK shipping typically takes 3–10 business days after your package is handed to the carrier. UK availability varies by product and delivery address; available options and charges are shown at checkout.

Custom coins and products with separate production or shipping estimates are excluded from the standard estimates above. Please check the individual product details. U.S. priority shipping, where offered and selected at checkout, typically takes 1–2 business days after carrier handoff and does not shorten production time.

Will I Receive Tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout so you can follow your gift's journey.

Can You Guarantee Delivery by a Specific Date?

While we do our best to get every order delivered as quickly as possible, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.

Could My Order Arrive in More Than One Package?

Yes. If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package. You may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Ordering for a Special Occasion?

Planning a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or another meaningful celebration? We recommend ordering as early as possible to allow plenty of time for both production and delivery, especially for orders shipping to Canada or the United Kingdom.

Keep Your Plaque Looking Beautiful

Dust gently using a clean microfiber cloth.

For light cleaning, use a slightly damp soft cloth and dry immediately afterward.

Do not use abrasive cleaners, rough cloths, alcohol, ammonia-based cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as these may scratch or damage the acrylic.

Avoid placing the plaque near excessive heat or prolonged direct sunlight.

For LED bases, unplug the base before cleaning and never submerge it in water.

Is the display made from glass?
No. The display piece is made from premium acrylic, giving it a clear, polished appearance without the fragility of traditional glass.

How does the plaque light up?
The acrylic sits inside an LED base. Light travels upward through the acrylic, illuminating the display.

Is the design visible when the light is off?
Yes. The printed design remains visible whether the LED lighting is on or off.

Can the acrylic be removed from the base?
Yes. The acrylic display piece can be carefully removed and reinserted.

What powers the LED base?
Depending on the base selected, it may use USB power or battery power.

Is the personalization a removable decal?
No. Names, dates, photos, messages, and artwork are incorporated into the finished printed design.

What is this product best used for?
Acrylic plaques work beautifully as desk, shelf, bedside, memorial, anniversary, family, and sentimental displays.

Does the base come with the plaque?
Yes. Your finished display includes the acrylic piece and the selected base.

Because personalized items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded for changes of mind, ordering the wrong size or option, or personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you notice that you submitted incorrect personalization or selected the wrong option, please reach out to us. While we cannot replace personalized items at no charge when the original order was produced correctly, we’re happy to offer a discounted reprint or replacement rate to help make correcting the order more affordable.
