Our gifts are made to order. Most orders are ready to ship within 2–5 business days, unless the product page gives a different timeframe. Production times may vary depending on the product and order volume.

Orders Shipping to the United States

Once production is complete, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after your package is handed to the carrier.

Shipping time is additional to production time. Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout.

Orders Shipping to Canada

Once production is complete, standard shipping to Canada typically takes approximately 7 business days after your package is handed to the carrier.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Orders Shipping to the United Kingdom

Where available, standard UK shipping typically takes 3–10 business days after your package is handed to the carrier. UK availability varies by product and delivery address; available options and charges are shown at checkout.

Custom coins and products with separate production or shipping estimates are excluded from the standard estimates above. Please check the individual product details. U.S. priority shipping, where offered and selected at checkout, typically takes 1–2 business days after carrier handoff and does not shorten production time.

Will I Receive Tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout so you can follow your gift's journey.

Can You Guarantee Delivery by a Specific Date?

While we do our best to get every order delivered as quickly as possible, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.

Could My Order Arrive in More Than One Package?

Yes. If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package. You may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Ordering for a Special Occasion?

Planning a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or another meaningful celebration? We recommend ordering as early as possible to allow plenty of time for both production and delivery, especially for orders shipping to Canada or the United Kingdom.

Keep away from excessive moisture, extreme heat, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Handle the canvas by the frame whenever possible rather than touching the printed surface.

Is this a paper print inside a frame?
No. The artwork is printed directly onto canvas material and stretched into a finished canvas display.

How deep is the canvas?
Our canvas wraps have a substantial 1.5-inch depth.

Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. The canvas is prepared for wall display.

Can personal photos be used?
Yes. Photo-based canvas designs allow your chosen image to become part of the finished artwork.

Will my photo need to be cropped?
Some cropping may be necessary to fit the proportions of the canvas.

Is the artwork printed directly onto the canvas?
Yes. Photos, names, dates, and design elements are printed directly onto the canvas material.

Will it look like a regular photograph?
Canvas has a textured surface and dimensional presentation, giving the finished image more of a wall-art appearance than a glossy photograph.

Can it be displayed without another frame?
Yes. The wrapped canvas is designed to be displayed as a finished piece on its own.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a problem caused by us, please contact us. We will review the issue and make it right with a replacement, correction, or other appropriate solution.

Because personalized items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded for changes of mind, ordering the wrong size or option, or personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you notice that you submitted incorrect personalization or selected the wrong option, please reach out to us. While we cannot replace personalized items at no charge when the original order was produced correctly, we’re happy to offer a discounted reprint or replacement rate to help make correcting the order more affordable.
