Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.

Could my order arrive in more than one package?
Yes. If your order includes multiple items, they may occasionally be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.

We recommend ordering as early as possible for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other important dates, especially for orders shipping to Canada.

On personalized designs, the engraving is placed on the back of the watch.

Is the engraving permanent?
Yes. Your personalization is engraved rather than printed or applied with vinyl.

Does the watch come in a gift box?
Yes. It's shipped in a standard gift box, and selected watches may offer an upgraded luxury gift box.

What makes the luxury gift box different?
The upgraded box has a substantial, polished feel and features built-in lighting that illuminates the watch when the box is opened.

Can I engrave a personal message instead of just a name?
Yes. Within the available space, you can use names, dates, short messages, or meaningful phrases.

Is the watch intended for regular wear?
Yes. It is designed to function as an everyday watch while carrying the sentimental value of your engraving.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a problem caused by us, please contact us. We will review the issue and make it right with a replacement, correction, or other appropriate solution.

Because personalized items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded for changes of mind, ordering the wrong size or option, or personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you notice that you submitted incorrect personalization or selected the wrong option, please reach out to us. While we cannot replace personalized items at no charge when the original order was produced correctly, we’re happy to offer a discounted reprint or replacement rate to help make correcting the order more affordable.
