The double-wall copper vacuum insulation is designed to keep drinks cold for over 24 hours or hot for over 9 hours. Actual performance may vary depending on use and conditions.

Is the design printed or engraved?

Each design is laser-engraved directly onto the tumbler, creating a lasting finish without vinyl decals or stickers that can peel.

Does the tumbler come with a straw and lid?

Yes! Every tumbler includes a reusable straw and a matching lid with a two-position swivel closure and slider to help prevent spills.

Will it fit in my car's cup holder?

The tumbler features a slim, tapered base designed to fit most standard vehicle cup holders.

Is the tumbler dishwasher safe?

No. We recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water to help protect the exterior finish and engraving.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?

Because personalized items move into production, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Can I return a personalized tumbler?

Personalized tumblers are made specifically for you and are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error on our part. Please see our Guarantee tab for complete details.
