After production, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 2–5 business days from carrier handoff. Priority shipping, where available and selected at checkout, typically takes 1–2 business days from carrier handoff.

Shipping time is additional to production time. Priority shipping does not speed up production. Available services and the total shipping charge are shown at checkout. Custom coins may have separate timelines; please check the product details before ordering.

After your package is handed to the carrier, most orders arrive within approximately 7 business days. 

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.

Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.

Could my order arrive in more than one package?
Yes. If your order includes multiple items, they may occasionally be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.

Ordering for a special occasion?
We recommend ordering as early as possible for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other important dates, especially for orders shipping to Canada.
